By accessing or using the Festival 2025 Management Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Festival Management Platform provides tools for managing festival websites, including:

• Team and repository management
• Content editing for artists, stages, and events
• Automated build and deployment systems
• Analytics and social media integration

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Team Membership & Access

Our platform supports team-based access control:

• Owners can manage team members and repository settings
• Editors can modify content but cannot change team settings
• Owners may impersonate team members for support purposes
• You are responsible for all actions taken by your team members

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
• Overload our systems beyond reasonable usage

6. Repository & SSH Keys

When using our repository management features:

• You must provide valid SSH deploy keys for repository access
• You are responsible for securing your private keys
• We generate and store encrypted SSH keys for your repositories
• You may rotate deploy keys at any time from the repository settings

7. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
